Our Executive Director, Bernadette Kei has worked with reputable immigration Queen's Counsel from 1986 to 1990. She is well trained and has amassed knowledge in various forms of immigration categories such as, refugee, skilled worker, investor, entrepreneur, self-employed, student permits, foreign workers, foreign-domestic care-givers, permanent residents and citizenship cases. Over 50,000 cases were successfully processed by Ms. Kei with the help of over 10 assistants.
In 1990, Bernadette found Kei & Associates Inc. and since then, it has developed into a worldwide-recognized Immigration and Trading firm; specializing in import and export brokerage and business marketing consultation.
As a Certified Immigration Consultant, Samantha Kei was appointed as President to Kei To Canada Inc. to manage the overwhelming response and to better serve their expanding clientele more effectively and efficiently. Previously affiliated with TD Financial Group, she will bring along her experience in Commercial Banking and extensive experience in interacting with all levels of clients in the financial service industry.
